Corrigendum

Amending a Notice Releasing Land From Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

This Corrigendum may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton 1994, No. 5.

In the notice cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton 1992, No. 3, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 1992, No. 21, page 421, the description of land—Schedule D (ii) is amended to now read:

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development gives notice that the lands described in this Corrigendum are released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 5.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
