Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of August 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 September 1992, No. 141, folio 2965, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage H. 531347.4 from paragraph (d) (i).

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of December 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1993, No. 181, page 3764, stopping road in Thames-Coromandel District by inserting “, now known as Sections 2, 1, 3, 4, and 5, S.O. 59466 respectively” after the word “hereto” therein.

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to sections 114, 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59560, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 51D/365, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 112342.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

4888 square metres, situated in Block VII, Otama Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 48925; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 59560, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

5734 square metres, situated in Block VII, Otama Survey District, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 48925; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 59560, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 30) in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares the stopped Government road now known as Section 1, S.O. 47259 and the pieces of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 51D/110, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59603, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1080, folio 223, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 794697, South Auckland Land Registry.
