Vesting of the Waipango Public Hall Reserve in The Southland District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southland Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Southland District Council as a local purpose (public hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

2630 square metres, more or less, being Section 65, Block III, Jacobs River Hundred.

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further classifies the parts of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as local purpose (electricity) reserves subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 13.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
