District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the said piece of Crown land to be road, and pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become limited access road and State highway, and vested in the Crown.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken on Great Barrier Island, Auckland City

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Auckland City Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped; and

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken and vested in The Auckland City Council.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land in Far North District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of December 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of January 1994, No. 1, page 68, declaring land in Far North District to be vested, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by inserting after the number “807383.3” the following “and B. 264816.3”.

Land Acquired for Education Purposes in Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired subject to the fencing covenant in transfer 479912, for education purposes, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
