Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 118, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “N”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58841, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 51C/541, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.112600.9, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “O”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58841, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 51C/547, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “P”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 58841, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 51D/397, limited as to parcels, subject to memorandum of mortgage B.150311.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “R” shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(v) Area “Q” shall be esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
