Eastwoodhill Trust Act 1975
Notice of Intention to Apply for Leave to Introduce a Private Bill in the House of Representatives
Notice is hereby given that the Eastwoodhill Trust Board, a Board established as a body corporate under the Eastwoodhill Trust Act 1975 (called “the promoter”), intends to apply for leave to introduce in the House of Representatives, a private bill under the Short Title of the “Eastwoodhill Trust Amendment Act 1994” (previously referred to as “Eastwoodhill Trust Board Amendment Bill 1994”).
The objects of which are:
(a) To change the manner of appointing some Board members; and
(b) To increase the number of Board Members by one; and
(c) To provide for Board Members to retire by rotation; and
(d) To abolish a scientific advisory committee; and
(e) To provide for an annual meeting of the Board; and
(f) To extend the Board’s powers to enter into oral contracts.
The general aim of the Bill is to bring the Board’s constitution into line with its present stage of development and help it to achieve its objective of developing and maintaining Eastwoodhill Arboretum.
The promoter of the Bill is the Eastwoodhill Trust Board. Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to its solicitors:
Egan and Kite, 37 Grey Street, Gisborne.
A copy of the Bill may be inspected in accordance with Standing Order 273 of the House of Representatives during office hours at:
(1) The District Court, Customhouse Street, Gisborne.
(2) The office of Egan and Kite, 37 Grey Street, Gisborne; and
(3) Eastwoodhill at Ngatapa near Gisborne.

The Fisheries (Issue of Satellite Vessel Monitoring Circular) Notice (No. 3) 1994 (No. 5331)
I hereby advise that, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board, a circular has been issued on the 4th day of March 1994, pursuant to regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.
Circular Five specifies the requirements for the registration of automatic location communicators, and a copy may be obtained from the following offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries:

I hereby advise that, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board, an amendment to Circular One has been issued on the 4th day of March 1994, pursuant to regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.
