International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that North South Aviation Limited of Auckland, New Zealand, has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate return services for the carriage of cargo and mail from points in New Zealand to (1) points in Australia and beyond to Malaysia, and (2) Honolulu and Los Angeles. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 18 March 1994.

Pursuant to regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety by an instrument of delegation dated 20th August 1993, I, Peter William Bowen, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the brake testing machine described in the Schedule hereto, for use under regulation 68 (5) of the Traffic Regulations.
