Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

New Plymouth Seventh-day Adventist School, New Plymouth

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 18th day of February 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Pursuant to section 34 (4) of the Vocational Training Act 1982, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

  1. This notice may be cited as the Motor Industry Training Board Disestablishment Notice 1994.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
  3. The Motor Industry Training Board established under the Vocational Training Act 1982 is hereby disestablished.

Pursuant to section 41 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

I, Bill English, Parliamentary Under Secretary, being satisfied that burials in the Arawhata Cemetery (being the land described in this notice) should be wholly discontinued, hereby direct that the Arawhata Cemetery shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 15th day of August 1994.
