Business Development Boards Act 1991
Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2), Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to section 7 (3) (a) of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, the Minister of Business Development hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 Amendment No. 1, and shall be read with and deemed part of the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2)* (hereinafter referred to as the principal code).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1994.
- Amendment to Schedule to principal code—The Schedule to the principal code is hereby amended by omitting the words “Assistance is not available for activities directed at the South African market” wherever they occur.

Explanatory Note:
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 1 March 1994, amends the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2) by removing all restrictions on Business Development Boards making grants under the Expert Assistance Grant Scheme for activities directed at the South African market.

Notice of Extension of Time for Preliminary Determination: Men’s Business Shirts From China and Hong Kong
Background
By notice dated 31 January 1994, the Secretary of Commerce initiated an investigation to determine both the existence and effect of alleged dumping of the goods listed in the Schedule to this notice.
Declaration
Pursuant to section 12 (2) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I hereby declare that by reason of:
(a) The difficulty of obtaining satisfactory evidence in the investigation; and
(b) The limitation on availability of parties during the Chinese New Year holiday period;
the preliminary determination may be made within 90 days of the initiation of the investigation.
Schedule
Description of Goods Subject to Investigation
Certain men’s woven business shirts exceeding 37 cm neck/collar size made of cotton or of man-made fibres or mixtures of cotton and man-made fibres, and having the following characteristics:
— short or long sleeved;
— with or without button-down collars;
— of any colour;
— with or without detachable collars;
but excluding:
— uniform shirts with shoulder flaps (epaulettes);
— formal dress shirts (these are designed to be worn with a dinner suit, having a wing collar and/or panels in the front; other characteristics of a formal dress shirt are that it may have double bend-back cuffs and a concealed button front).

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Items and Statistical Keys 6205.20.11.00G, 6205.20.19.00H, 6205.30.11.00L and 6205.30.19.00A of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.

Notice of Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of a Commissioner—Ilminster Intermediate School
Pursuant to section 106 (1)(aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the Board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the Board, I hereby dissolve the Ilminster Intermediate School Board of Trustees and appoint Mr Kevin Dwyer as Commissioner to act in its place.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Rotorua Seventh-day Adventist School, Rotorua
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 18th day of February 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
