Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989
Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1994, No. 3.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

All that piece of land described as follows:

739.5502 Manunui No 1 Fourth Residue, situated in Block XVI, Tuhua Survey District, Block IV, Piopiotea Survey District and Block I, Maungaku Survey District. Partition order dated 4 October 1977. Also being the land as contained in Provisional Register 278/39. (Note: The land as described above is shown in New Zealand Gazette of 16 June 1980, No. 68, page 1811, as having an area of 745.4371 hectares, but partition order of 4 October 1977 and Provisional Register 278/39, both declare area to be 739.5502 hectares).

Survey and Land Information
Local Government Act 1974
Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIII, Sutton Survey District
Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Dunedin, hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Dunedin City Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

1.0215 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 21687, situated in Block XIII, Sutton Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 23629.

Public Works Act 1981
Land Acquired, Land Set Apart, Land Declared Road, and Road Declared Stopped, in Tauranga District
Pursuant to Parts II, III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now known as Section 3, S.O. 59535, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (segregation) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, as marked “C” and “D”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 59535 respectively, is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be set apart for local purpose (segregation) reserves, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council.
(d) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be set apart for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council.
(e) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be set apart for local purpose (utility) reserves, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council.
(f) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council.
(g) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and pursuant to section 52, further declares the said pieces of stopped road marked “A”, “C”, “L”, “Q”, “V”, “AH”, “AA” and “AE”, now known as Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, S.O. 59424 respectively, to be set apart for local purpose (segregation) reserves, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council.
