Industry Training Act 1992

New Zealand Food & Beverage Industry Training Organisation

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 7th day of February 1994, the New Zealand Food & Beverage Industry Training Organisation was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Food & Beverage Processing Industry. It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework as follows: (Processing of consumer packaged food and beverages, excluding baking (both cake and bread), dairy products, fish and meat processing).

Pursuant to section 7(1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, hereby jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and shall thereafter be so held.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waikato District Council on the 21st day of July 1993:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waikato District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
