Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993

The Fisheries (Issue of Satellite Vessel Monitoring Circular) Notice No. 1, 1994 (No. 5326)

I hereby advise that, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board, a circular has been issued on 14 February 1994, pursuant to regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.

Circular 3 specifies the organisation approved to test automatic location communicators against the standards and requirements issued under the above regulations in Circulars 1 and 2, and a copy may be obtained from the following offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries:
