Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Customhouse Tavern and Nightclub Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, being the holder of a debenture, dated the 13th day of October 1992, and registered on the 16th day of February 1994, given to it by Tamstone Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of February 1994, it appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, both chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Tamstone Holdings Limited.
