Kenneth Charles Rosser, meat worker of Clive and Therese Cecilia Rosser, his wife, hereby give notice that on the 1st day of February 1994 they appointed Alan Vernon Berry, chartered accountant of Hastings, and David William Cormack, chartered accountant of Hastings, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of The Havelock Village Restaurant Company Limited under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 31st day of May 1993, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said The Havelock Village Restaurant Company Limited.
