Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (being products of Shoof International Limited) are approved as suitable for use for all purposes in making marks on the wool of sheep. This approval takes effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 63B (4) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967 and after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (being products of Parnell Laboratories (Aust) Pty Limited) are approved as suitable for use for all purposes in making marks on the wool of sheep.
This approval takes effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Appointment of Members to Veterinary Council of New Zealand (Notice No. 5393)
Pursuant to section 47 of the Veterinarians Act 1994, I hereby appoint:
Pauline Govanlock, training consultant of Paremata to be a member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand for a term of three years effective from 1 January 1995 (pursuant to section 45 (b) of the Veterinarians Act);
Alistair Roy Polson, farmer of Wanganui to be a member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand for a term of one year effective from 1 January 1995 (pursuant to section 45 (b) of the Veterinarians Act); and
Dr John Stephen Hellstrom, site manager of Otaki to be a member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand for a term of two years effective from 1 January 1995 (pursuant to section 45 (c) of the Veterinarians Act).

Electricity Regulations 1993
Notice of Standards Set Under Regulation 90 (9)
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of December 1994, and acting pursuant to regulation 90 (9) of the Electricity Regulations 1993 (the Regulations), the Secretary of Commerce set the standards listed in the Schedule to this notice, in respect of the declared articles described in the Eighth Schedule to the Regulations and listed alongside those standards.
In order to take advantage of the automatic New Zealand approval for such declared articles that have been approved or certified in Australia, as provided for in regulation 90 (9) of the Regulations, any Australian approval or certification must state that the declared article has met the relevant standard, and testing of the declared article to judge its compliance with the relevant standard was carried out at 230 volts a.c. (refer regulation 90 (b) and (c) of the Regulations).
