The instruments of title described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is hereby given of my intention to replace the same by the issue of new or provisional instruments upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease 742735.1 (“the lease”) affecting the land in certificate of title 43C/779, whereby Russell Lewis Blake, manager of Auckland and Irene Elizabeth Blake, his wife, are the lessees—having been lodged with me together with an application to register a surrender of the lease and to register a further lease; in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, it is my intention to register such surrender of the lease and to register a further lease upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice. Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease B. 254634.2 (“the lease”) affecting the land in certificate of title 55B/256, whereby Keith James Sisson, fisherman of Glenfield, is the lessee—having been lodged with me together with an application to register a memorandum of transfer merging the estate created by the lease with the land in certificate of title 55B/256 and a memorandum of mortgage affecting the land in the said certificate of title; in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, it is my intention to register the said memoranda of transfer and mortgage upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
