Take notice that pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, and article 9 (a) of the articles of association of the company, the following special resolution by way of entry in the minute book of the company is intended to be passed upon the expiry of 21 days from the date of this notice:
“1. Pursuant to section 15A (5) of the Companies Act 1955 ('the Act'), the memorandum of association of the Company be and hereby is altered, pursuant to section 18 (1) (c) of the Act by omitting the provisions with respect to the powers of the company.
- The company shall and hereby does have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsection (1) (a) to (h) inclusive of section 15A (1) of the Act).”
