Notice to Prove Debts or Claims and Intention to Remove

The liquidator of the above-named companies, wound up by resolution of their members on 29 July 1994, herein gives notice that she does fix 19 December 1994, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they have to priority or be excluded from any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Furthermore, the liquidator intends to have the companies removed from the Register in terms of section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955. Any objections to the removal should be directed to the Registrar of Companies in Auckland, before 31 December 1994.

Notice Calling Final Meetings of Members and Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Air Traders International (1979) Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, KPMG Centre, Tenth Floor, 9 Princes Street, Auckland at 9.00 a.m. on the 22nd day of December 1994, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator, and to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.
