Amendment to Notice Vesting a Reserve in The Tasman District Council

Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice vesting the Collingwood Recreation Reserve in The Tasman District Council dated 12 October 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 October 1990, No. 186, page 4029, by omitting from the said notice reference in the Schedule to “D.P. 1021” and inserting “D.P. 1201” in its place.

Proposal to Issue a Grazing Licence—Lewis Pass National Reserve

Pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, notice is given that it is proposed to issue a 5 year grazing licence under section 74 (2) (a) of the Reserves Act to D. J. Lockington over 23.7 hectares, more or less, being part Section 2, Square 182 and part Section 2, Block IV, Lewis S.D., Section 13 and part Section 6, Block III, Lewis S.D., being part Lewis Pass Scenic and National Reserve.

All interested persons and organisations may make written submissions on the proposed licence by 5 January 1995, to Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Private Bag 701, Hokitika.

Those persons making submissions should indicate if they wish to speak at a formal hearing in support of their submission.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 27.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
