The Traffic (Gore District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Gore District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

SITUATED within Gore District at Mataura:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from Glendu Road to Dacre Street.

The Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 29th day of October 1992*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

SITUATED within Waitomo District at Pio Pio:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from a point 500 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Kea Street to a point 300 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Kaka Street.
Kaka Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to Pio Pio - Waitanguru Road.
Kea Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to Mairoa Road.
Ruru Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to a point 740 metres measured southerly, generally, along Ruru Street from Tui Street.

The Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 2, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 2, 1994.
The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
So much of the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 13th day of December, 1990*, which relates to roads in the Schedules below issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
First Schedule
SITUATED within Franklin District at Onewhero:
Onewhero-Tuakau Road: from a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along Onewhero-Tuakau Road from Kaipo Flats Road, to a point 500 metres measured easterly, generally, along Onewhero-Tuakau Road from Kaipo Flats Road.
Second Schedule
SITUATED within Franklin District at Pukekohe:
East Street: from Ngahere Road to Belgium Road.
At Te Hihi:
Linwood Road: from a point 500 metres measured easterly, generally, along Linwood Road from Batty Road to a point 450 metres measured westerly, generally, along Linwood Road from Batty Road.
At Waiau:
Collingwood Road: from a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along Collingwood Road from Hyland Place to a point 500 metres measured southerly, generally, along Collingwood Road from Hyland Place.

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986
Approval of Motorcycle Driving Courses
Pursuant to section 48 (2) (b) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and under powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 10th day of August 1994, I, Roy Harold Hitchcock, Compliance Officer, Safer People and Operators, hereby approve the following course(s) of motorcycle instruction:
The course of Basic Motorcycle Instruction for the purposes of regulation 27 (1) (c) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987;
The course of Core Motorcycle Instruction for the purposes of regulation 30 (5) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987;
to be conducted by the following approved school of instruction:
Metro Driving Academy, Epsom.
