1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1994, No. 18.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that areas “T” and “W”, now known as Sections 5 and 6, S.O. 58282 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1487, folio 45, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 097665, South Auckland Land Registry.
