O r d e r
1. Title and commencement—
(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Hawke’s Bay and Manawatu-Wanganui Region) Reorganisation Amendment Order 1994.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1994.
P a r t I
Manawatu-Wanganui Region
2. Preliminary—
This Part of this Order shall be read together with and deemed part of the Local Government (Manawatu-Wanganui Region) Reorganisation Order 1989* (referred to in this Part as “the Order”).
3. Constitution of Tararua District—
(1) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby excluded from the Tararua District, as constituted by clause 35 of the Order, and as delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36018.
4. Constitution of Manawatu-Wanganui Region—
(1) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby excluded from the Manawatu-Wanganui Region and the Tararua Constituency of the Manawatu-Wanganui Region, as constituted by clause 11 of the Order, and as delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36011.

Hawke’s Bay Region
5. Preliminary—
This Part of this Order shall be read together with and deemed part of the Local Government (Hawke’s Bay Region) Reorganisation Order 1989† (referred to in this Part as “the Order”).
6. Constitution of Central Hawke’s Bay District—
(1) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby included in the Central Hawke’s Bay District, as constituted by clause 99 of the Order, and as delineated by S.O. Plan No. 9834.
(2) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order shall form part of the Takapau Ward of the Central Hawke’s Bay District, as constituted by clause 102 of the Order, and as delineated by S.O. Plan No. 9836.
7. Constitution of the Hawke’s Bay Region—
(1) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby included in the Hawke’s Bay Region and the Central Hawke’s Bay Constituency of the Hawke’s Bay Region, as constituted by clause 10 of the Order, and as delineated by S.O. Plan No. 9857.
Schedule
All that area comprising: Firstly, 275.6944 hectares, more or less, being Lots 11, Pt 12, 13 and 14, Deposited Plan 3404, Sections 68R, 69R, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 4561, Block VI, X Takapau Survey District; secondly, 362.5983 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 216, Block VII, XI Takapau Survey District; thirdly, that area of road which passes through the area of land secondly described in this Schedule; fourthly, that part of Rangitoto Road lying eastward of the centreline of that road and bounded in the north by the boundary between the Central Hawke’s Bay District and the Tararua District and in the south by the Waikopiro Stream.

Notice is hereby given that the following vehicle has been confiscated, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985:
1980 Ford Cortina. Registration No. JT4651.
Any person having an interest in the above vehicle must advise particulars of that interest to the undersigned within 7 days of this notice.
