Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Rodney District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped, and

(b) Pursuant to section 118 (1) (a), the said portion of stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. 67395) shall, when so stopped, become local purpose reserve (esplanade reserve) vested in The Rodney District Council.
