Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VIII and XII, Waimea Survey District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby declares that, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Grey District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by The Westland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
