Cancellation of Vesting of Quarry Reserve (Te Kopia Road) in the Rotorua District Council

Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Rotorua District Council, of the quarry reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Classification of a Reserve, Vesting of Reserve and Declaration That Reserves Be United to Form The Saphire Springs Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to sections 24, 26 and 52 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (site for a youth hostel and holiday camp) reserve to a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, in trust for that purpose, and further, declares the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, to be united to form one reserve to be known as the Saphire Springs Recreation Reserve.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice cancelling the vesting in the Ruapehu District Council and revoking the reservation over a reserve dated 16 August 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 August 1994, No. 86, page 2641, and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (county depot) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
