Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Notice of Approval of the Sale of Certain Land

Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, I, William Francis Carlin, Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Wanganui, hereby approve the sale of the following parcels of land by the Wanganui District Council.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting in the New Plymouth District Council of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy, hereby cancels the vesting in the New Plymouth District Council of the site for a roadman's cottage reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 101, Town of Urenui. All certificate of title 152/197.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for police purposes over land described in the Schedule hereto.
