Electricity (Information Disclosure) Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1994

Pursuant to regulation 24 (7) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994, the Secretary of Commerce makes the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1994.

(2) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Exemption relating to regulation 23 (4) granted—The class of persons described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby exempted from the requirement in regulation 23 (4) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994 to publicly disclose, and to give written notice of, the information referred to in the said regulation 23 (4) no later than the 1st day of November 1994.

Pursuant to regulation 24 (7) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994, the Secretary of Commerce makes the following notice:

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1994.

(2) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Exemption relating to regulation 23 (4) granted—Every person within the class of persons described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby exempted from the requirement in regulation 23 (4) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994 to give written notice under regulation 22 (4) of those regulations no later than the 1st day of November 1994, to consumers to which the said regulation 23 (4) applies that are not invoiced by that person for line charges as at the 1st day of November 1994.

Persons that would be required to give written notice under the said regulation 23 (4) to a consumer that was a consumer invoiced by that person for line charges as at the 31st day of March 1994, but who is not a consumer invoiced by that person for line charges as at the 1st day of November 1994.
