Conservation Act 1987

Notification of Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby declares that the land formerly held for conservation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, has been disposed of to Dunstan Park Limited for the consideration of two thousand dollars ($2,000) plus GST.

2529 square metres, more or less, being Section 81, Block 1, Wakefield Survey District. All certificate of title 15C/321.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Esplanade Reserve, Waikareao Estuary

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tauranga District Council on the 27th day of September 1994:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Tauranga District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.

1230 square metres, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. Plan 59427, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District. All certificate of title, C.T. 52A/120.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (site for a public hall) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Marlborough Land District—Marlborough District

1065 square metres, more or less, being Section 3, Block XI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1982, page 1509.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rotorua District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.

1.0874 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 4518, and being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 1M No. 3 Block, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, subject to a drainage easement in gross over the part herein marked “F” and “H” on plan D.P. S. 22672 in favour of The Rotorua District Council, and the easement created by transfer H. 083687.4, is subject to the provisions of section 351E (1) (a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954. All certificate of title C.T. 21B/930.
