This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR Part—
Part 47—Aircraft Registration and Marking.
• pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed part is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 30 days.
Copies of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making are available for viewing at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt and on application to the Docket Clerk, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt, 6315.

The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990
The information required to be published by Telecom under the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990, for the quarter ended 30 September 1994 is available, as from 30 October 1994, on request by any person, at the principal offices of Telecom in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The principal offices are:

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on Parts of State Highway No. 6 : Franz Josef and Fox Glacier Townships at 60 kph
Pursuant to section 61 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand makes the following bylaw.

This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 94/5.

This bylaw shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1994.

In this bylaw "motor vehicle" has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 60 kilometres an hour on those parts of State Highway No. 6:
(i) In Franz Josef Township, from (R.P. 596/12.48) a point located 850 metres in a northerly direction from the northern abutment of the Waiko River Bridge to a point (R.P. 610/0.35) located 420 metres in a southwesterly direction from the southern abutment of the Waiho River Bridge; and
(ii) In Fox Glacier Township, from a point (R.P. 626/6.13) located 460 metres in a northeasterly direction from the intersection with Cook Flat Road to a point (R.P. 626/6.85) located 260 metres in a southerly direction from the intersection with Cook Flat Road.
This bylaw is made by resolution passed at a meeting of the Transit New Zealand Authority held in Wellington on the 5th day of October 1994.
