Road Realignment at Flock Hill Station on State Highway 73

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 73 and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) Areas ‘B’ and ‘H’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title GB/573.

(ii) Area ‘C’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28B/68.

(iii) Area ‘I’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/7.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/573.

Road Deviation at Awapuni Hill—State Highway 7

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of the State Highway No. 7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in Fletcher Farms Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11F/1102, Canterbury Land Registry, subject to a water easement created by transfer 344491, mortgages 815108/4 and 987911/1, together with a water easement granted by transfer 344491.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and vested in the Crown.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road—Marine Parade/Alexandra Park, Wairoa

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of January 1994, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 27th day of January 1994, No. 7, page 543, under the heading “Road to be Stopped—Marine Parade/Alexandra Park, Wairoa” by substituting the figure 4.7800 hectares for the figure 4.7801 square metres in the Schedule with the intent that the area of the land referred to in that Schedule as being marked “A” on S.O. 10489 be shown as 4.7800 hectares.
