Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the
Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey
and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land
described in the Schedule to be set apart for a limited
access road, which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway.

Road Realignment at Craigieburn Stream and
Manson’s Creek, Flock Hill Station on State
Highway 73

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager
(Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land
Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road, which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73, and
shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be
stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “H”, and “P” on S.O. Plan
16161, shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title 26K/180.

(ii) The areas marked “J” and “L” on S.O. Plan 16161,
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title 28B/68.

(iii) The areas marked “K” on S.O. Plan 16161, and
“M” and “H” on S.O. Plan 18586, shall be added to
Craigieburn State Forest Park.

(iv) The area marked “I” on S.O. Plan 18586, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
28B/37.

(v) The area marked “K” on S.O. Plan 18586, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
476/66.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and
shall be added to Craigieburn State Forest Park.
