Road Realignment (State Highway No. 3) Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington;

(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and to remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the said road, when so set apart, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. B2/616.
