Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

49 square metres, situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 8, D.P. S. 20364; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 59827, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land in Hamilton City for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of August 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 August 1994, No. 83, page 2591, acquiring land in Hamilton City for the purposes of a road by:

(a) Deleting “H. 35345” from the land firstly described and substituting “H. 35344” and

(b) Deleting “H. 35344” from the land secondly described and substituting “H. 35345”.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Ministry of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 March 1994, No. 23, at page 1069, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by:

(a) Deleting “51C/541” from paragraph (b) (i) and substituting “51C/547” and

(b) Deleting “51C/547” from paragraph (b) (ii) and substituting “51C/541”.
