The sum of $4,679,000 of interest bearing debt owed to the Residual Health Management Unit under the Term Loan Agreement shall be restated, from the amount in the Amendment No. 1 to the proposal for the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Good Health Wanganui Limited, dated 27 October 1993, of $10,180,000 to the sum of $5,501,000.

Capital Coast Health Limited

The sum of $5,000,000 of interest bearing debt owed to the Residual Health Management Unit under the Term Loan Agreement shall be restated, from the amount in the Amendment No. 1 to the proposal for the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Capital Coast Health Limited, dated 27 October 1993.

Healthlink South Limited

The sum of $3,298,000 of interest bearing debt owed to the Residual Health Management Unit under the Term Loan Agreement shall be restated, from the amount in the Amendment No. 1 to the proposal for the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Healthlink South Limited, dated 27 October 1993, of $17,246,000 to the sum of $13,948,000.

Southern Crown Health Enterprise Limited

The sum of $6,080,000 of interest bearing debt owed to the Residual Health Management Unit under the Term Loan Agreement shall be restated, from the amount in the Amendment No. 1 to the proposal for the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities to Southern Crown Health Enterprise Limited, dated 27 October 1993, of $10,480,000 to the sum of $4,400,000.
