Tariff Act 1988

The Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 1994

Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 1994.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1994.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 0208.90.00 01L, 0210.90.19 19D, 0507.90.00 31C, 0511.99.00 01L, 0511.99.00 11H, 0511.99.00 29L, 2106.90.09 59H, 2202.90.01 00L, 2202.90.09 00A and 7612.90.11 00F and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Education

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Qualifications Recognised by the Secretary for Education for the Purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of July 1991, No. 110, pages 2430–2431.

Where an early childhood centre is a playcentre affiliated to the New Zealand Playcentre Federation and operates under the group supervision collective points system, the Secretary for Education hereby recognises the following certificates awarded by the Playcentre Association:

Marlborough Playcentre Association

Introductory Certificate 10 Points
Observing Children 20 Points
Playing Together 30 Points

This notice shall come into force the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
