Cancellation of the Vesting of The Waitahuna Farmers Club Incorporated and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Otago Conservancy, hereby cancels the vesting in The Waitahuna Farmers Club Incorporated and revokes the reservation as an Agricultural and Pastoral Society showgrounds reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

In the notice with the above heading, dated the 5th day of September 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 8 September 1994, No. 91 at page 2799, amend the area in the First Schedule from “.1.3660 ha” to “1.3600 ha”, and amend the area in the Second Schedule from “1.3600 ha” to “1.3660 ha”, which areas appear in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.
