Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a
reserve for the purposes of the improvement and protection
of the Tutaekuri River over the land, described in the
Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land,
once the reservation is revoked, shall be Crown land,
subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of
Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution
was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 12th day
of August 1992:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau
City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land
held by the said city in fee simple and described in the
Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby
declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning
of the said Act.”

Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over
a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo
Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation
hereby cancels the vesting in The Taupo District Council
and revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over
the land described in the Schedule hereto.
