issued by Fleetz (NZ) Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of October 1994, under the powers contained in the debenture, he appointed Nicholas George Kirk, accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
