Roderick Thomas McKenzie, with reference to Central Transport (Palmerston North) Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of September 1994, at the request of the directors of the above-named company, the Bank of New Zealand Limited appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, whose office is at the Eighth Floor, National Mutual Building, Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of March 1992.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
