Notice of Entry into Possession of Tararu Store, Thames
Pursuant to Section 104nd of the Property Law Act 1952
Anne Danby Snowden, company director of Thames, hereby gives notice that in her capacity as mortgagee under mortgage No. H. 757079.5 (South Auckland Registry), she has entered into possession with effect from the 28th day of September 1994 of the property known as the Tararu Store situated at 536 Tararu Road, Thames, being all that parcel of land containing 1015 square metres, more or less, being
Lot 2, D.P. S. 20598 and being all the land contained in certificate of title 19A/622 (South Auckland Registry).
Communications relating to the mortgaged property may be sent to her at Tararu Store, 536 Tararu Road, Thames or care of her solicitors, Messrs Wadsworth Norton, 32 Manukau Road (P.O. Box 26-301), Epsom, Auckland.

A DECLARATION
Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953, and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare The Canterbury International Agricultural Show to be held at Christchurch, New Zealand from Wednesday, the 9th day of November 1994 to Friday, the 11th day of November 1994, to be an Industrial Exhibition for the purposes of said Acts.
As witness the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General, signed this 26th day of September 1994.
