Declaring Road at Barry’s Bay to be Stopped and Vested

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Philip Ross Curry of Duvauchelle, farmer (and shall be amalgamated with the land in balance certificate of title No. 26A/130, Canterbury Land District, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 492125/1, 729795/1 and 912884/2).

Declaring Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, Land to be Vested, Road to be Declared Motorway, Road to be Stopped and Vested, in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Land and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin:

1. Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule hereto is acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of January 1994.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining Dunedin-Milton Motorway and the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15A/479.

3. Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto held for motorway shall cease to be held for motorway and declares that—

(i) The area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 23982 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9C/993;

(ii) The areas marked “B”, “M” and “N” on S.O. Plan 23982 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 116/62;

(iii) The area marked “D” on S.O. Plan 23982 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/772;

(iv) The area marked “G” on S.O. Plan 23982 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6C/362.
