Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends an error in the notice revoking the reservation over parts of Waikuku Beach Reserve, dated 6 October 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 October 1993, No. 146, page 3016, by omitting from the said notice, in the last two lines of the Schedule, “shown as “A” on S.O. Plan 15232” and inserting in its place “shown as “B” on S.O. Plan 15232”.

Vesting a Reserve in the Marlborough District Council

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve as a site for plunket rooms, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Otago Fish and Game Council to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve and further appoints the Otago Fish and Game Council to control and manage the said reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, such appointment to be subject to the condition that the Otago Fish and Game Council submit a management plan for the reserve to the Minister of Conservation for approval within 1 year from the date of this notice.
