Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

The Resource Management (Approval of Waitemata Electric Power Board as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Waitemata Electric Power Board as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Waitemata Electric Power Board is hereby approved as a requiring authority for its network operation of the supply of line function services.
