Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 21st day of October 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Mary Alice Bramwell in respect of Mary Street Day Kreche, 1–3 Mary Street, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Qualifications Recognised by the Secretary for Education for the Purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of July 1991, No. 110, pages 2430–2431.

The Secretary for Education hereby recognises for the purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990:

Waikato Playcentre Association 10 points
Introduction Playcentre Certificate 20 points
Play Awareness 30 points

This notice shall come into force the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Saint Mary’s School, Tauranga.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 20th day of December 1993. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
