Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice for Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Timber Preservatives and Antisapstain Chemicals.
