Land at 6 Acton Street, Pleasant Point Acquired for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of October 1992, setting apart land for police purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1992, No. 179 at page 3749, by deleting its Schedule and substituting it with the following:
