Area Health Boards Act 1983

Declaring That Land is no Longer a Reserve

Pursuant to section 70 (5) of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, the Minister of Health hereby notifies that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is no longer required for the purposes of the Auckland Area Health Board, and further, that the land shall cease to be vested in the Auckland Area Health Board and shall vest in the Crown as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, freed from any reservations or trusts previously affecting the land but subject to any valid leases, or rights, or easements then subsisting over it.

and insert

"Sections 116 (1)"

which reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
