Declaring Land Vested in the Crown to be Vested in the Auckland Area Health Board

Pursuant to section 69 (1) of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Health, with the consent of the Auckland Area Health Board, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Auckland Area Health Board in fee simple for area health board purposes.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 4,029 square metres, more or less, being part Allotment 33, Parish of Titirangi (shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 57406) being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 88C, folio 325 (North Auckland Registry).

Pursuant to section 69 (1) of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Health, with the consent of the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board in fee simple for area health board purposes.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 2,652 square metres, more or less, being Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 23122 and being the land vested in the Crown for a hostel under the Mental Health Act 1969 by Gazette notice AO32378 (Wellington Registry).

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1993, No. 7.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
