Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 280 of the Companies Act 1955, that the second annual meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of R A Fraser & Shirtcliff, Barristers & Solicitors, Level Three, 103–105 Worcester Street, Christchurch at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, the 30th day of June 1993.

Business:

To have an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of for the period from the 3rd day of April 1992 to the 2nd day of April 1993, and to receive an explanation thereof by the liquidators.
