By order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 8th day of June 1993, Mr Michael Peter Stiassny and Mr Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection comprised of David Whitford, manager, special claims unit of Wellington; Terence John Haydon, director of Auckland and Malcolm McAlpine, assistant manager of Auckland.
